These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse or purchase products from the CY Clothing website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings may cause colours to appear slightly different. Products remain subject to availability until we confirm the order. If an item is unavailable or information was materially incorrect, we will contact you and may cancel the affected item and refund any amount already paid for it.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR). Any applicable delivery charge and the total payable are shown before you submit the order. You must use the payment method and payment reference supplied during checkout. An order is not treated as paid until cleared funds are received.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. We may accept or decline an order for legitimate reasons including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or an unsuccessful payment. We will use the email address or telephone number supplied at checkout to communicate about the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery charges, the available method and relevant estimates are set out during checkout and in our Delivery Policy. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where a delay is outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights, including rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrect products, are explained in our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or reproduce our website content, branding or product imagery without permission or another lawful basis.

9. Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CY Clothing is not responsible for indirect loss arising from events outside its reasonable control. This clause does not limit liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them prospectively by publishing a revised version and effective date. The version accepted when you place an order will continue to apply to that order.
